Our Story

Prometheus GI is the brainchild of Jayant Uppal and Timofey Sugaipov; Jay and Tim for short.

In their careers, Jay and Tim have worked across the Educational, Financial, Gaming and Technology Sectors, with experiences ranging from the smallest bootstrapped startups to some of the world's largest conglomerates.

The one thing that has been consistent throughout every role in both their careers, despite industry, is the lack of a concrete measure for personal development and professional growth.

The existing systems that measure an employee's performance are commonly outdated and inefficient. These often provide very little insight into an individual's key skills and deficiencies as it relates to their work.

Jay and Tim are on a mission to build Prometheus GI to tackle this problem and give people tangible results in measuring their performance and growth overtime.

We aim to help update an antiquated system, give people a greater sense of ownership and accountability over their career paths, and enrich their overall professional experiences related to their job function, company, and industry.
