Our assessment is a Strengths-based assessment similar to what you see with the likes of Gallup, High 5 and the 16 personalities quizzes. You will be asked a number of questions to measure out your core competencies in the fields of Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Technical/Analytical Acumen, Adaptability, Execution, and Growth Orientation.

While our proprietry AI-based platform will provide you with personalised recommendations and resources, it will be up to you to upskill and orient yourself towards your ideal career path.

Overtime, we will add additional functionaity to implement a full review cycle that will show your progression overtime as it pertains to your focal skills and ideal career goals.

While core strengths tend to remain stable, it's recommended to reassess every 6-12 months to track growth, identify new areas of development, and adjust your development plan based on career changes or new goals.
